This beautiful bridge is located in kothmale Oruthotawella in Nuwara Eliya District , Bridge was built over the Mahaveli river. Kothmale dam can be seen from the Bridge , Bridge was built between Oruthotawella and Thispane Kanda Villages . This Bridge is nearly 100 meters long , Bridge was constructed during the British Era . Before buiding the road over the Kothmale Dam this bridge was the only way to cross the Mahaveli river, other than boats and cribs .
